NOTICE:
As there is no reception in the apartments, we strongly recommend to use our inexpensive transfer service - keys will be delivered to you by our driver.

In case, that you don't wish us to arrange transfer to the apartments, please let us know the approximate time of your arrival and please call us AT LEAST 30 MINUTES before your arrival to the apartment (or send us an SMS). The manager of the apartments will meet you directly in front of the apartment to check you in.

If you arrive later than 7 PM, the keys will be in the Restaurant Sklep (Seifertova 53, Prague 3). To settle the payment, the apartment staff will come to your apartment on second day at 10.00 o´clock am. In case you would like to pay with credit card, please let us know in advance!

The restaurant is open until 11 PM! In case of a later arrival, please let us know in advance. After 11PM the apartment manager charges 500 CZK late check-in fee.

There are  10 apartments in total, 5 x 1 Bedroom Apartment (No. 101, 201, 301, 401 and 501) and 5 x Twobedroom  Apartment (No. 102 - 502).

Smaller Apartments No. 101, 201, 301, 401, 501:
4 Apartments with 2 separated rooms. Big sunny bedrooms with double beds, Sat TV and pull out sofas for extra 2 persons. In another room there is a double bed or 2 single beds, dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette. Modern bathrooms with bath (except the Krasova 101 apartment where is a shower) Perfectly suitable for 2 couples but comfortable even for 6 persons.
Equipment: SAT TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, hairdryer, fridge, all cooking facilities, iron, ironing board, 

Bigger  Apartments No. 102, 202 ,302, 402, 502:
2 spacious sunny and separated bedrooms with 2 big size double beds and 2 pull out sofas. Big living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchenette and another pull out sofa for 2 persons. Modern bathroom with bath. Separated toilette. According to the lay out of the apartment we highly recommend it for 3 couples but thanks to its size it is also comfortable for 10 persons, for bigger families or friends.
