Please note: Central reception for the apartments is located at Vodickova 38, Prague 1.
By the check-in there is required a deposit (50 EUR /1500 CZK) for possible loss of keys. The deposit will be returned to the client after check-out.

For reservations over New Year´s ( 27.12.2009-3.1.2010) we require deposit 50% of the total cost in advance. Reservations can be cancelled without any fee 14 days prior to arrival.

There are 3 apartments in the building:

Apartment 2A: 
This apartment is 50 sqm total, with 1 bedroom, living room + kitchen with sofa bed for 2 and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is on the second floor left side with an elevator. It is equipped with TV, DVD player, satellite ASTRA, radio CD, WiFi high speed internet, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and an ironing board and a safe.

Apartment 2B:
This apartment is 35 sqm total, with 1 bedroom, kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is on the second floor left side with an elevator. It is equipped with TV, DVD player, satellite ASTRA, radio CD, WiFi high speed internet, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and an ironing board and a safe.

Apartment 2C:
This apartment is 35 sqm total, with 1 bedroom with kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is on the second floor left side with an elevator. It is equipped with TV, DVD player, satellite ASTRA, radio CD, WiFi high speed internet, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and an ironing board and a safe.

Cancellation / change of a booking is free of charge if cancelled/changed 2 days prior to arrival day until 9 am local time.
