Pensione Charles Bridge B&B (Ponte di Carlo) - Giudizi del cliente

Komforan i lep smestaj, blizu svih zanimljivosti Praga. Mi smo bili vise poslovno, pa mi je posao bio prioritet nad razgledanjem grada, ali naravno da smo i to uspeli. Za ovakav smestaj mislim da je neobjasnjivo zasto je onako stara posteljina, a sve renovirano i novo,to je jedino moja zamerka.

Accommodations provided were not at all as portrayed on the website. Breakfast was not provided and no one was available to talk to (no reception) until 10:30 am. Walls are paper thin - person in next room may as well have been in the room with us. Unacceptable for the price.

If you're not expecting the Ritz then this accomodation is ideal. Although not technically a 3 bedroom apartment (one of the bedrooms doubling up as the lounge) we found the kitchen area, which held a sofa and table & chairs to be adequate for relaxing in and we used the lounge/bedroom as a bedroom only. The accomodation is set over 2 floors. The first floor has the lounge/bedroom with 3 single beds, a bathroom, seperate toilet and kitchen. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, one with 3 single beds in and one with two, and a shower and toilet. One drawbrack was there were no wardrobes or mirrors in the upper bedrooms so we laid our clothes out on the spare bed. The apartment is accessed by 3 flights of stairs going up and then another flight of stairs goind down across to the building behind (very good exercise). The main reception/breakfast room is about 1 min walk from the apartment. There was always plenty of fresh bread, cheese, yoghurt, meat, cereal, tea & coffee and pastries to fill you up for the day to come. My one critism would be that we were there from Monday to Friday and did not have any room service/cleaner during that time. The bathrooms were becoming in need of a once-over by the time we left. There were plenty of towels left to last us. All in all, for the money we paid and compared to prices in other apartments, we were pleased with our choice.

as a company athos travel were fantastic and gave a good quality service. unfortunetly, the charles bridge b&b didn't. they said we had been forgotton about and had no rooms for us and we had to stay in an apartment nowhere near where we booked. the taxi driver to and from the airport from athos travel was fantastic and thanks to you guys we were placed in a new apartment and had a fantastic holiday. i would advise you to get rid of charles bridge B&B asap. the marks i give below are for the hotel and not athos travel which gets 100% for everythings.

Location was good. The lady working the reception was very nice. Toilet seat was broken in our bathroom. In the other room we rented, the bathroom was quite small. Kitchen needed some basics like bowls. Overall satisfied, and good value for the money.

This apartment was a bargain for us. It was huge, cheaper than a hotel, quiet, clean, and modern. It was in a nice part of the city, close to the castle. We loved it.

Great location, attentive staff, spacious apartment for good value.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in Prague. Your place was perfectly located...nice room and very friendly receptionists. The Charles Bridge is so beautiful and to be able to stay just a few steps away from the end, almost under the castle was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay and everything in the apartment was immaculately neat, tidy and clean.
