stayed here before on left hand side apartments beautiful , this time apartment was in repception building and was not so nice no hot water , plug sockets hanging off walls and damp patches . asked to be moved but it seemed a big drama to move us so rung athos travel and we were moved straight away to a superb apartment thank you very much xx

A very comfortable accommodation within easy reach of all Prague has to offer.This is the second time I have stayed here and would deffinately use it again.

The stay at Apartments Wenceslas Square 48 was a pleasant one. It is located at the heart of Wenceslas Square and within walking distance to Museum station. Apartment is adequately equipped with the necessary. However, it is the service that was rendered by Athos Travel that I’m most pleased with. I would like to thank them for their professionalism. Booking was easy, enquiries and subsequent request for change were responded to quickly (within a day). Although response came from different staff, they were well aware of my request and replied accordingly. Also, I find the optional items such as airport/train station transfer and breakfast useful where customer can opt in at a fee. Thank you.

I really enjoyed my stay at Apartments Wenceslas Square 48.

Excellent Location right in the center of the sqaure. Large loft style appartment, but no views. Lack of bedding in the appartments when we arrived. When we asked we was told bedding was an additional extra! However my party managed to sort this out, whereas my other party had to suffer or pay up. They suffered! Appt could have been cleaner but I've experianced worse. All in all good value if you can fill the place...

Group of 6 ladies staying in one top appartment from 20-23 of October. Were picked up at the airport in time. The same driver back. Preordered by Athos. The driver was really grumpy! He almost paniced if we touched the car. One of our group could not come, and we got discount in reception when we arrived. Very good service! The appartment very nice, bathrooms good. Maybe you could have some more glasses in the kitchen. Best location, good Irish pub outside the appartment for breakfast and a late night drink. All in all, we had a great stay in Prague

The first nigt there was no heating og hot water in our apartment. We have to ask the staf several times to get it fixt. The kitchen was WERRY dirty, and the dishwasher was broken. We had to wash cups, glases and plates before we uses them.

the 1st morning i was there i found there was no hot water. a member of staff told me she would get it fixed during that day meanwhile i had to use somebody else's shower. the following morning again, no hot water!! after waiting 2 hours for the engineer to fix the boiler (which he was unsuccessful) i was then told i would have to move to another room. this room did have hot water, at the time, but the morning of leaving, again no hot water!!! whilst your staff did their best i still paid over £200 for one of your appartments and found that having no hot water and having to borrow other rooms to shower totallly unacceptable.

Nice location just off Wenceslas Square so close to livelybars etc but in quite courtyard., so away from hussle and bustle. Apartment large and airy and very clean. Only complaint no iron and no corkscrew!

The apartments on Wencelas Square where excellent and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly

apt owner has not arrived at our departure. we had to deal with the receptionist that didn't know the owner had put our document in the safe case as guarantee for the apt. the driver to the airport (pre-paid by me in advance)was a quarter of an hour late and i had to ask many times the receptionist in order to make her phone him : in one word she wasn't very helpful.
There were noisy works in front of the apt starting at 7 a.m.and we couldn't sleep properly

Thanx for your email. Had a wonderful time at prague staying at Wencelas Square 48. All Staff were very friendly and polite and very very helpful. The food in the bar was excellent. Thank you to all the staff and security staff at Wencelas Square 48.
The apartments were adequate for our needs and we appreciate that staff got us an apartment right beside the lift, which we really appreciated as we had 2 in our party with wheelchairs.
However on the negative side, although the apartments were clean and tidy, we felt that some of the furnishings need to be replaced in this apartment as they have seen better days ( a bit stained etc and outdated) The floor was also a bit scruffy. Photos on the website of these apartments are a little deceiving, they are obviously taken from when they were only first opened. I think the apartment probably needs a little freshening up, decor and furnishings etc. However location was fantastic, right in the heart of Wencelas Square, which can be a bit noisy, but settled down in the early hours and the apartments had security people on duty, which was very reassuring as prague seems to have quite a few hen and stag parties, but we never encountered any difficulties from these. Although somewhere a bit quieter would suit families with young children, our family were all adults.
One last thing regarding transfers from the airport. We were very unhappy with this service and will not use this transfer service again. Although our flight was delayed 30 mins arriving, there was no-one to meet us, although it was stated that someone would wait for 60 mins just in case of flight delays. However this was not the case, we arrived at 11.00am and were not picked up until 12.30!!! we could not phone the company as we could not purchase phone cards anywhere at the airport. It was a kindly gentleman from another transfer company (the prague experience) that contacted our transfer company on our behalf and arranged that they pick us up.
When we were picked up, our driver failed to apologise and was more worried that we would dirty his seats of his car! - quite rude! However when we arrived at the apartments, the lady manager phoned and complained on our behalf and asked for a discount, but to no avail - the reason apparently that our driver was not there was because our flight was late and he went on somewhere else to another job!! On leaving prague, this same driver was again late, held up in traffic, although our apartments manager was soon on the phone to see where he was - excellent service from the manager!!!
In conclusion, our stay at these apartments was a very happy one and we would definitely stay there again, which we may well do so, as we plan to return in sept -

We really enjoyed our stay in Prague, it's a beautiful city.

The apartment was very good - very well positioned and liked having the
courtyard with the security guard on duty.

There was plenty of room in the apartment and it was lovely and light.
Although we had no hot water on the first night, it was repaired immediately after we reported it.

There was little noise during the week, but on Friday we think the 'stag parties' had arrived and there was quite a lot of noise during the night on Friday. This was not a problem for us but perhaps if families with young children were staying then it may be a little difficult for them.

The taxi service to and from the airport was wonderful, especially on arrival as our driver spoke great English and was very interesting and helpful.

Would highly recommend this accommodation. The location is fantastic. Right on the square. Really clean and well kept. Check how many rooms you need first though the information is misleading. The executive apartment sleeps 10 people not 6 as advertised. We ended up paying for an apartment we didn’t need

Went with four mates for a lads weekend in March 2005.

Rooms were more than adequate for what we required, clean, spacious and in a fantastic location.

In my opinion, price was very reasonable.

Staff very friendly and understanding.

Would recommend it to any group of guys and girls looking to have a good time although don't feel it would be an ideal area to stay for a couple or family.

apartments very comfortable and spacious, staff very friendly however the lift was erratic to say the least (not easy when you are on the 3rd floor) and there was a LOT of noise in the night from above which sounded like an industrial laundry. Having said that it was excellent value for money, very central & just what we were looking for on our first trip to Prague which is beautiful.

Apartment was large and very clean there was everything you could need and right in the heart of the town. Group of 6 girls we had a great weekend at the begining of December. Prague was wonderful and I am recommending it to all my friends.

got back after a 2 night stay on the 28th of nov. used the taxi pick up service. worth the money and the driver very friendly and helpfull. apartment clean tidy and after working out the heating settings very warm as freezing outside. the restaurant in courtyard was excellent and reasonable. security 24hrs and receptionist 12 hours who was friendly and helpfull. as the other guy said you run the gauntlet but as a group of 4 lads was quite entertaining. we seemed to find it hard to do a pub crawl as bars seemed to be hard to find. and prices vary from ono bar to another.
would definately reccomend these apartments.

Just got back yesterday from a weekend in Prague.
We had two rooms booked and one of them hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupents, who had left it in a bit of a mess. After informing reception the room was cleaned up within an our.
The apartments are spacious and clean and you could't get a more central location for Wencelas square.
The restaurant in the courtyard is good as is the one downstairs in Jazeri at the front.
The only downside to the locational is you have to run the gauntlet of ticket touts, drug pushers, prostitutes, dodgy money dealers and pick pockets when returning to the apartments at night, be aware of them.

Fantastic location

Speant a week in these apartments and they are spacious and clean and in an excellent location for young groups. The staff speak very good English and were extremely helpful throughouut our stay. Will deifinately come agian and use the same apartments.

THIRD VISIT....! it just don't get better than this for the price, you cannot ignore theese appartments, they cannot be beaten for location and convenience, will be retuning in December...!

stayed here 1st-3rd july 05, with 10 other welsh girls on a hen weekend.. couldnt have asked for a more central location...apartments were spotless...will be going back for sure!!!

We stayed here in May 2005. A group of 12 of us stayed here for a hen party, We had a fantastic time the rooms were very big, clean and very cheap. Also is a must is to try out the restaurant you get plenty of good quality food and its not a bad price, (just don't order the seafood with vegetables it's actually salad with seafood and baby octopuss.

Stayed Dec 04. Bit of booking mixup but resolved next day. Right on Wenceslas Square & 200 yards from Museum - all looked stunning over Xmas. Make them aware if you arrive after 9 because as we found out reception is closed! Don't go for the Breakfast option, you just get a limited selection in the bar next door. Best Italian in Prague feet away same lane as apartments. Avoid TGI Fridays - very expensive & better quality food elsewhere. You will not get closer to Wenceslas Square!!

Good base to have. Stayed at Easter 2005 - within walking distance of all major attractions.

Clean, modern and well presented apartments. Only thing was felt it was a bit cold at night (not enough bedding).

Staff very friendly - definitely go back/book again with same company.

I stayed here in July with 5 other girls and it was perfect. Absolutely fab apartments - not too pricey, great location and fantastic interior! Everything about these flats is brilliant! You must go - I'll definitely be going back.

stayed at theese apts last weekend they are great right in prime location very modern and spacious cosy and warm it was cold outside so welcoming to come back to would recomend them to everyone see you next year also the transfer was superb susan horsburgh rochdale one of the best holls ever had 15/10/04

Excellent location and gorgeous apartments, cannot recommend them enough.

Just in the right area but we didn't have any noise at night, really good value for money and the staff were really helpful.

The location of these apartments is excellent, right at th etop of Wenceslas Square. I booked two apartments for my Stag Do in May and we all had a great time.

The apartments are clean and spacious. Weeknights were great but it got a bit noisy on the Saturday night.

Good value for money.

Stayed here in August 2002, on Honeymoon. This was the week of the "500 Year Floods", but we still had a great time.
The apartments are first class, modern, very clean and massive. The main thing thats great about these apartments is their location. They really are just on W Square.
Fully intend to go back!!

top marks apart from a overbooking, excellent standard of room, very clean & spacious with a1 access to prague...! bathrooms looked like a showhome, overall fantastic made the stag weekend even better, checkout 'rocky o reileys irish bar, left out of hotel and next road left 300 yds on left....maaarrrrvelous breakfast... caution at night when returning to the hotel as 'ladies of the night' can be a nuisance just press the buzzer and 'mullet man' lets you in..

these apartments were great. Just a short walk to everywhere. They were extremely clean, spacious and modern. I dont think we could have found cleaner bathrooms and kitchens anywhere. The staff were so friendly and so helpful, i dont think they could have tried harder. I would recommend these appartments to anyone going to Prague!!

Wir waren mit 6 Mädels leider nur für eine Nacht (und nur um Robbie Williams zu sehen) in Prag. Das Appartment war sehr geräumig, modern eingerichtet und vor allem sehr sauber. Die Badezimmer schienen nagelneu. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen, um länger zu bleiben und über Athos Travel buchen. Auch der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen hat perfekt geklappt. Sowohl der Kontakt per e-mail mit den Athos Mitarbeitern als auch das Personal vor Ort waren klasse.

We have been with 6 girls only for one night (only to see Robbie Williams) at Prag. The apartment was very roomy, modern equipped and of capital importance: clean. The bathrooms seemed to be absolutely new. We will definitely come again to stay longer and will book over Athos Travel again. Also the transfer from and to the airport was perfect. The contact by e-mail with the assistant of Athos as well as the staff on location was excellent.

Excelente apartamento en una buena zona de Praga, muy seguro, y con un personal simpatico y atento. Habitaciones totalmente reformadas.
No os dejeis intimidar por lo que podais ver en las calles de noche. Esta ciudad es muy segura y a pesar de lo que os digan, se puede estar de marcha hasta las siete de la madrugada, incluso domingos si buscais un poco.

Amazing location and superb apartments. I went with a group of four other friends and we had a great time. Nicely funished and comfy beds. Staff were both friendly and helpful.

The restaurant downstairs serves lovely main-menu meals and there are plenty of other restaurants nearby.
