By the check-in there is required a credit card guarantee or deposit (200 EUR) for possible damage of the apartment or for the loss of keys. The deposit slip will be discarded or returned to the client after check-out, after the apartment will be checked by cleaning lady.

If you wish to pay for your accommodation in CZK the total price in EUR will be converted to CZK by exchange rate 1EUR = 27 CZK.

There are 4 apartments in the building, 1x 1-Bedroom apartment (90m2) and 3x 2-Bedroom apartments (each 80 m2).

- 1-Bedroom apartment - suitable for up to 7 persons, 1 bedroom (1 x double bed + 3 x single bed on request), living room (sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, TV), kitchen (electrical stove, fridge/freezer), bathroom (bath with shower, WC + sink, washing machine)

- 2-Bedrooms apartments - each suitable for up to 7 persons, 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed + 2 x single beds + others on request), living room (sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, TV), kitchen (electrical stove, fridge/freezer), bathroom (bath with shower, WC + sink, washing machine).

There is an elevator in the building.

NOTICE:

As there is no reception in the apartments, we strongly recommend to use our inexpensive transfer service - keys will be delivered to you by our driver. If going by train, please wait for the driver on the platform where you arrive!

In case, that you for any reasons don't wish us to arrange transfer to the apartments, please note, that you can collect the keys at main office of the apartments at : Zubateho 11, Mala Strana - Smichov, Prague 5. The main office of the apartments is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. More info and directions ( if requested ) will be stated in your final confirmation.
