thank you for your email we enjoyed our stay in prague but there were a few things about the hotel I think you need to let your clients know about. Firstly the rooms and bathrom were lovely the breakfast was great, but the downside was when we wanted to just relax in our room after a long day sightseeing we could not get any english speaking channals except for the financal channal, which was very annoying and boring, there was no evening dinning room in the hotel and we had to ask to get our sheets changed after 4 days I would not rate this hotel 4 stars for those reasons even had they had the facility of renting a dvd player that would have helped one of the hotel desk staff a young man dont know his name was most unhelpful the other staff were lovely. I would not use this hotel again or reccommend it to others.Hope this helps your survey thanks again denise jamison
