    The hotel Jerome House was very good value, location and helpful. We were picked up at the airport arranged by Athos travel. It seemed as though the hotel did not know we were being picked up at the airport at 10 am and taken to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel the receptionist said she was not expecting us so early. My suggestion would be to let the hotel know what time we would be arriving and that the taxi would be taking us directly to the hotel.

    Positives

    • The staff was helpful. The hotel location was central.
    • We felt safe there. Postcards and stamps were available.
    • We purchased tickets for a puppet show directly through the office.

    Negatives

    • They were not expecting us to be dropped off by the taxi arranged by Athos travel.
    • Little amount of mold on the shower curtain.

    Dakujem za poskytnutie detskej postielky, bolo to pre nas velke plus, pretoze sme sa dobre vyspali, a i ked sme manzelia, len sme mali oddelene postele, ale citili sme sa vyborne a mali sme srandu, ze sme ako na tabore. Dakujeme, citili sme sa vyborne, vsetko bolo v poriadku. Personal bol fantasticky, vsade nam umoznili ist s kocikom a vobec sme sa necitili obmedzovani. Dakujeme.

    hôtel très bien situé , calme , très propre . petit déjeuner correct .
    le seul bémol : les chambres sont très peu insonorisées ! on entendait notre voisin ronfler !

    All of our party had a fabulous stay in Prague and loved Hotel Jerome. The hotel was clean and tidy, warm and the staff very helpful. I have and will continue to recommend it to anyone intending to stay in Prague.

    IT WAS A REAL PLEASURE TO STAY AT JEROME HOUSE. A VERY CLEAN AND QUIET PLACE TO STAY IN THE HEART OF THE CITY. I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE ALL STAFF VERY NICE AND COMPETENT. NEXT I AM COMING TO PRAGUE I WILL COME BACK TO YOU GUYS.

    The Hotel Jerome is conveniently located but utilitarian. The rooms were adequate and most of the help useful and pleasant. Breakfast was sparse; the bread unmemorable.

    The main objection I have with the Jerome and with your service is that I was not informed that the hotel served as a dormitory for a local university’s study abroad programs. Thus the hotel was overrun with noisy students. At breakfast they overwhelmed the food service. Most seemed to be suffering from colds; coughing over the food and handling service items and the food itself. This alone will temper any further use of your services.
