Apartments A11 and C11 have undergone a luxurious and expensive reconstruction and are furnished with beautiful, modern Italian furniture. We truly took care over its selection. All took place in cooperation with a renowned Italian design studio. Our main priority in furnishing these apartments was to give the client the feeling that he is literally surrounded with comfort and that he can really relax after a long days walk discovering the beauties of the capital city of Prague. And our committment to this aim meant we succeeded in it. The furnishing of the apartments combines practicality (dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, iron + board a completely equipped kitchen where you can comfortably cook lunch as well as dinner for an entire family) with entertainment (computer with Internet connection, 5.1 home cinema system, Playstation 2, TV/satellite) and lots more!

Apartments A11 and C11 are located in Vodičkova Street no.11, only 3 minutes by walk from Wenceslas Square on the fourth floor of a 100-year-old Secession tenement building with an elevator.

Both apartments overlook Vodičkova Street with views of an historic building with beautiful frescoes serving as a girls' school.

It is one of the most desirable locations right in the heart of Prague, pulsing with life. In the vicinity are dozens of bars, restaurants, cafeterias and shopping malls, as well as historical monuments and streets lined with beautiful Secession tenement buildings with significant architecture. All the major tourist attractions are accessible by a pleasant stroll.

Good morning.

Unfortunately we didn't stay at Apartments Le Royal - apparently they were double booked. Instead we were placed at Langhams. The apartment there was warm and clean with a lovely outlook but being very modern it was not the 'old Prague experience' we had anticipated and signed up for. We said as such on the phone immediately on arrival to 'Jan'. It wasn't until we were in the taxi going back to the airport that we were told that Jan is not a representative of your company, but the owner of various apartments. While he did discount our payment due to his error (did he ever plan to allow us to stay in Apartments Le Royal?) in double booking, he did not pay our return taxi transfer to the airport as he promised at the time of our arrival on Sunday 15 Feb. There were various calls back and forward to your office on Thursday 19 Feb, and the outcome was that we were disappointed again.

While our experience of Prague itself was great, this whole episode made us feel very wary and let down; phone calls with Jan were too frequent over our four days of holiday, and ultimtely they didn't deliver. We continue to feel let down in that respect, and to doubt Jan's trustworthiness.

Our taxi driver was really helpful in all this.

The outlook on to the gardens and church is lovely, and that location is very calm.

We didn't receive what we asked for in our booking, and it was uncomfortable to continually have to speak on the phone with' Mr Big' while not knowing who exactly he was.
