Apartments Spalena 45 are located right Prague downtown near the National Theatre and historical part of Prague-Old Town. Nice and comfortable apartments with 1-2 bedrooms, own bathroom with shower and kitchen offer accommodation up to 5-6 persons. The view is to the inner yard, so the apartments offer silence and privacy. All apartments are fully equipped.
You can find following types of apartments:
1x small one bedroom apartment - up to 2-3 persons (40 m2) and 1x big two bedroom apartment - up to 5-6 persons (85 m2)

Spalena 45, Prague 1 - New Town

Apartments are located right in the city centre, just few steps from the National Theatre and the historical part of Prague-Old Town. In the surroundings only few minutes of walk there is a department store Tesco, many shops, restaurants, pubs, coffees, gift shops etc. so everybody can find aim of his interest. Wenceslas Square and the city´s main shopping streets Na Prikope are 5–10 minutes of walk from Spalena. Tram and metro stations are directly on the opposite site of apartments so there is a very good connection with other locations of Prague.

Restaurant „U Seminaristy“ in a same yard offers Czech and international cuisine. During sunny days it is possible to sit in a garden restaurant. There is also a hairdresser salon and nonstop fast food.

Local transportation: Metro line „B“ station Narodni trida, Tram 6,9,14,17,18,22,23

The apartment is worth the money (we paid 14000 rubles for 5 days). The furniture is not new, the linens are not very fresh but everything is clean.

There are two separate rooms in an apartment, one of which has a window and separate bathroom. The other room doesn't have windows and bathroom, the second bathroom is in the kitchen. There are also a sofa in a guestroom so 6 people can live.

Not far from the centre, 15 minute walk
A lot of cafes and restaurants (chech, thai cuisine, Costa coffee etc)

Not very cosy, the shower wasn't very clean.
