    The hotel is very nice and the people very polite. However some services cannot be classified as a 4 star hotel.
    The hotel is situated in a pedastrian area and cars cannot reach it, we had some luggage with us and no body helped to bring them to the hotel.
    The parking is quite far.

    Naprostá spokojenost. Hotel překvapil. Nejdříve cenou, přizpůsobil se a reagoval situaci na trhu, čili poskytl slevu narozdíl od mnohých hotelů, které nebyly ani takto bezvadně situovany v rámci Prahy. Hotel je čistý, příjemný personál a slevy při návštěvě místní restaurace jsou taky zajímavé:))Vřele doporučuji a určitě při další návštěvě Prahy ubytování v tomto hotelu opět využiju.

    Very pleasant stay, fabulous location and superb views. Heating was a problem - too hot, and too noisey with windows open. But didn't spoil anything as we got used to it.
    Menu in Restaurant could have been more original or more exciting.
    All staff were excellent particularly at Reception as they were so helpful and friendly

    • Location, staff, decoration and furnishings, comfort and security

    Negatives

    • None, except the noise outside - but hey it was Prague and Prague was busy
    • Food could be a little more exciting and wine was too pricey

    Location just in front of that big famous street is very nice with very quiet room.
    I liked atomosphier of dinning room.

    • good location to go most sightseeing places.

    Negatives

    • Car parking is very good secured but far a bit.
